We are always interested in hearing from the families that we serve. Please take a moment to let us know how well we served you in your time of need. We very much appreciate your feedback.
To the Families of Eloise, You Mother/Grandmother and I go back 47 years. She has been a dear friend! I hadn’t realized she had gone to her eternal home until today when I couldn’t get ahold of her! She has made me many gifts that I still have in my home! She befriended my daughter n’law when she got married and my daughter n’law has never forgotten that friendly gesture. She was a very sweet lady and I will always remember her for her sweet spirit! RIP my friend! Love Ellie and Bob Baxter
so so sorry to hear this Mary.
I have fond memories of Kelly who was very kind to me, his daughter-in-law's mother, whenever we met. A true gentleman in every sense and will be very much missed by everyone who knew him. RIP Kelly Veronica Summers
I want to thank your entire staff at Smith North Little Rock as well as Daniel from the Little Rock location. Everyone did a wonderful job and I couldn’t be more pleased with my moms service. She looked beautiful and we were treated with such kindness and compassion by every single person we came in contact with. We didn’t have to worry about anything. For a time like this, when you love someone so much and you are enduring so much heartache, they made it flow so smoothly. Thank you.
Sorry to hear about Aunt Lola Faye passing away. I remember her as a wonderal Aunt and person. She will be missed. I would like for someone in the immediate family to contact me at 501-278-5055 to talk with. I currently live in Searcy, AR. Prayers and Blessings are with the family at the time.
Joe Moix was an outstanding man. A credit to his family, friends, and community. We will miss you Joe, and I will never forget our regular Monday trips to Company “G” in Conway (by way of Blue Hill).
Mary House was a good friend I worked with for many years. She will be greatly missed. A kinder soul couldn’t be known. My prayers are with her family.
My condolence to the fern peters family
Helen (mom as I called her) was very dear to my family and myself. She was always full of her own spirit and I cant say that I know of anyone who did not like and care for her. She, Lucy, Wayne, and Olen (Nicky) have been a part of the lives of my family for many years. I remember my last conversation with Helen when I told her that we would make plans to get out and see her. To see that she has now gone on to her mansion in heaven is certainly a shock. She will be missed and her family are in our prayers. Lisa McGriff and Dale & Jayson Skelton.
Bob was a dear friend and worked with and for me for a few years in the Service Center at Dassault Falcon Jet. I willmiss him and his e-mail comments. Deepest sorrows to his wife and children
Greg, my cousin, was a sweet, gentle man. He always took interest in how everyone he loved was doing and could he help in any way. At family functions he always came up to me to see how my family & I were doing, especially my granddaughter Aaliyah. Greg also has a little girl that he was crazy about! He really loved his daughter! Greg, you are with Alexandria, looking down from Heaven at her, protecting her and being her Guardian Angel. Everyone who knew Greg loved him. Greg you will be extremely missed!
My families funerals have always been handled through Smith Westbrook in Beebe. I also have pre-paid arrangements at Westbrook. I like your new pages because I always read the obituaries on line. Now I can go to one page and see all the locations.
You all have a hard job. I didn't want to go, but had to. If the funeral home had not been familiar and had the same people, I don't think I would have survived it as well.
I want to thank you for having the Service of Remembrance program Sunday (this is the first time I have heard of a funeral home having these). Also thank you very much for the Angel, it is beautiful (also a first for me to hear of being done). Our children and Judy's sister love the angel. Craig Johnson was so kind to us. Thank you again, John Ross
Everything done as expected. Tracy and Rodney were very helpful.
We received Excellent service provided by Craig Johnson. He was a very professional and a great pleasure to work with. The service was Wonderful, he explained cost well, and handling of all was very attentive.
Everything was more than expected. The staff was very attentive and helpful especially Richard.
Josh, thank you so much for guiding and helping us with planning our loved ones service. The Coca-Cola display and Memory Coca-Cola Cans were so thoughtful and a nice surprise for the family (Our loved one would have loved it). Thank you Sandy, he looked so nice. We appreciate everyone at the Smith - Westbrook Family Funeral Home.
Thank you all for helping us through all of this, and thank you for the services you provided, we want each of you to know we really appreciate it.
Friends at Smith - Westbrook Funeral Home, we are grateful for a service well done. Thank you from my heart
Words cannot express our thanks and appreciation for all you have done for our family. You did a splendid job on the burial of [our loved one]. So much love and kindness has been shown. You did a great job… and we love you for it.
Thank you for the professional service given during the time of our loss. The kindness and comfort shown by all your staff was so very much appreciated.
Words cannot express our appreciation for all you have done for our family. You made this experience a lot easier for us… we are so thankful for your help.
Thanks for making my mom look so beautiful!
Our family would like to thank you all again for all the help with [my loved one’s] funeral. Everyone was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. Everyone was very professional. God bless you all.
We so much appreciate the special care you took with our loved one.
I have worked with the Smith Family for over 30 years concerning family, friends and employees. The way the entire group can respond to a crisis is just overwhelming. They have always been there for me. I would urge you to keep them in mind when you need a truly good friend in a time of sorrow.
I was very pleased with my children's grandmother funeral, Patricia Sperry. The flowers I ordered through your site were beautiful. Blake Maynard was so helpful and such a nice sweet man that helped with the service and drove the family car. It was a beautiful service and we appreciate you all.
I cannot express my gratitude enough! My mom passed away in San Antonio, TX and they coordinated with another funeral home and solved problems the one in San Antonio couldn't and transported her body from San Antonio to Little Rock. The staff was so courteous and caring and went out of their way to make me feel everything was under control because the last thing I needed was stress during that time. Craig and Mandy took amazing care of me and were patient with me during my constant barrage of questions and concerns. Also, the way my mom looked was incredible. It's almost as if they knew how she had looked all her life and she looked so peaceful and natural. They dressed her in an outfit my wife picked out and put the jewelry on her in such a classy way. The graveside funeral itself was such a special time for our family and was exactly what we wanted. Billy was so caring, patient and compassionate. I could tell this was more than just a job for him - he really cares about people and God bless him! We never felt rushed or pressured. If you ever require their services (and I pray it's a VERY long time before you do) this is the place you need to call. Thanks so much Smith Funeral Home for a job amazingly done!
Thank you for everything you did for our little warrior Keagan Provost. You all are so kind to the families and we really appreciated that. You helped make a really sad 2 days much easier. Everything was beautiful. Nancy
The staff could not have made process any easier. Vicki Quinn was Always Available, Accommodating, and Prompt. The kindness, compassion and appropriate humor meant so much to me.
Mandy is one of the most caring and compassionate persons I have ever met; plus she is outstandingly meticulous in handling every detail. Brent is a reliable rock who takes care of getting things done. Your team came to pick up my wife at 1 a.m. on a rainy night and were so kind, patient, and caring. My wife was and is the treasure of my life. All of the staff cared for her amazingly and made her look so beautiful. THANK YOU!
I can't put into words how much the staff at Smith North Little Rock meant to us at the passing of my father. Everyone was so kind and really made sure to tell us about all the options that were available for my father's funeral. Vicki was so good with us getting the funeral details and we spent a lot of time with Brent and he was so very helpful. There are other names I don't remember but everyone was so good to us and my father looked amazing. I would recommend them to everyone.
The service was extraordinary! We LOVE Mandy! She has helped us so lovingly now as well as in the past. Vicki took over at time of death and was awesome!! All the staff made our loss easier by the ease of the process. I truly don't know how it could be improved.
This was a calm spot in a sea of loss and confusion. Billy Byrd did outstanding, and he did not try to sell us stuff we did not want. He was very helpful. I knew my wife was going to be taken care of the way I wanted her to be. Thank you to all the staff!
Craig Johnson was above superior. It was the worst time of my life, and he made me feel so good. He was comforting; what a gentleman. I could not have had a better experience at the worst time of my life with my husband in Hospice and dying. Thank you, Craig Johnson.
Everyone at the funeral home was so kind & our friends commented how good mom looked. The staff was very helpful.
I want to thank Craig Johnson for taking care of my family in the loss of our mother. He worked very hard to make sure all our wishes were made possible. We ran into delays waiting on my moms death certificate and he did everything in his power to make our plans flow smoothly. You are a very compassionate person and appreciate everything you did for us.
Dear Vicki and Mandy, words cannot express how pleased we were with our loved ones Celebration of Life. We realize it's your job, but you make everything about the experience a little better. Please let everyone else involved know that we are so thankful that our loved one chose you all to help us through this. It was all very special from the video to the butterflies!
To those special people in your Funeral Home Family who assisted... our family. We wanted to thank the people at your funeral home who assisted our family through such a difficult time. The help given during the planning stage was completed with great professionalism. The person who did the make-up and hair actually was able to erase the terrible memory of how she looked in death and replacing that memory with the wonderful vision that appeared to be our mother. The flowers were simply beautiful. The other staff members were always friendly, courteous, and compassionate. This could have been an experience that would have been made even worse in the wrong hands. Instead, your staff made the pain easier to bear. Thank you.
Richard, I know you do a lot of funerals, but I wanted to tell you how much we appreciated your very personal way of attending to us and our loved one and making us feel special and seeing that things were exactly the way our loved one would have wanted it to be. We are and forever will be grateful for your care.
I just wanted to thank all of you so much for the outstanding service that you provided for my husband... I want to thank Richard for taking the time to help us with the arrangements. I also want to thank Brent for the beautiful video that he worked so respectfully on, to celebrate our loved ones life. Everyone was so kind and helpful and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
We were notified of your donation to the "Wounded Airman" Program in honor of our son. Thank you for your thoughtfulness in continuing to honor him. Brent, you are "The Man"! The video was so awesome! We are so grateful for all you did for us.
I wanted to pay a thank you to each of you for your assistance with my husbands funeral arrangements and services. This was the most difficult thing I have ever had to do, and all of you were there for me. A special thank you to Vicki and Richard. I hope I didn't stress either of you too much. I did appreciate both of you.
Leslie and staff, thank you for your help, support and concern during the planning and conducting the visitation and memorial service for mom. We knew her death was imminent, but the time after the actual occurrence was easier with your assistance. Thank you for helping us make the time for family and friends one of respectful celebration and comfort.
As you know making funeral arrangements for a loved one is very difficult for families. Thank you for all your help and guidance. Thank you for the donation for a mass to be said for our loved one. She would like that.
I have experienced final preparations before, but yours was very efficient. My mother suffered for almost three years and to see her laid out so peacefully meant so uch to me.
Thank you for handling the memorial so beautifully. Everything was perfect. I can't tell you how much I appreciate you.
Dear Clay, I am addressing you as a friend because I truly have felt the kindness and attention one would expect with all the arrangements and effort you expressed on behalf of me and my family for our loved one. Thank you for the lovely basket and boutineers for our Honorary Pall Bearers and the bookmarks.
