Harmon Olen Wilson

Harmon Olen Wilson, age 84, of Mount Ida, passed away on Tuesday, November 30, 2021.

He was born on September 30, 1937, in Buckville, the son of Frank Alfred Wilson and Gracie Black Wilson.

A United States Army veteran, he was a retired heavy equipment mechanic and always loved his work. He was a member of the Hopper Church of Christ and, in earlier years, enjoyed deer hunting.

He is survived by his niece, Melanie Boldman, her husband, Michael, and daughter, Taylor, of Rockwall, Texas, and his nephew, Jimmy Wilson, his wife, Suzanne, and daughters, Grace and Ginny, of Plano, Texas.

Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, December 6, 2021, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Glenwood, with Harold Vaughn officiating.

Interment will be in Gaston Cemetery.
