Kay Carter
Kay Ross Carter of North Little Rock passed June 4, 2021. Survivors include brother Kamp Ross, (Loyda); niece, Tracy McCauslin (Don); nephew, Allen Ross (Tanya); several great nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by parents, Kamp and Aileen Ross, and a husband Floyd Carter.
