Yvonna M. Breckenridge, age 61, of Hot Springs, died Saturday, April 11, 2020. She was born on September 18, 1958, in Arkadelphia, the daughter of Orville James Beals and Bobbie Nell Roach Beals. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Edward Breckenridge; her father, Orville James Beals; and her mother, Bobbie Nell Edwards. Yvonna was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who loved her family dearly. She will be missed by all that knew her. She is survived by two daughters, Michelle Breckenridge and Amanda Carlton, both of Hot Springs; nine grandchildren, Dejaya Breckenridge, Destiny Breckenridge, Avion Breckenridge, Caiden Clemons, Britton Carlton, Brynlee Carlton, McKennah Carlton, Keilee Coston and Ashley Coston; one brother, Thomas and Sherri Beals of Langley, Oklahoma; three sisters, Rhonda McKellar of Plummerville, Tina and Blake Nobles of White Hall and Kim Weeks and Louis Bader of Bonnerdale; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends. A private graveside will be held with Trent Beals and Bro. Blair Bates officiating. A celebration of Yvonnas life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs. Remember the best times, the laughter, the songs, the good life I lived while I was able and strong, continue my heritage, Im counting on you, Keep praying and smiling and the sun will shine through. My mind is at ease, my soul is at rest remembering how I was truly blessed. Continue traditions, no matter how small, go on with your lives, though you may stumble and fall. I miss you all dearly, so keep your chin up, until the day comes, when were together again. And now I contented that my life was so worthwhile, knowing as I pass this way, I made somebody smile. As you go about your day, and youve got me on your mind, just know that I am always with you, only half a step behind. In gratitude from the family: Although this has been our season, we still believe and trust in God. Through it all He has been faithful, good, and just to us. This is further evident through you, His people, who have reached out to us in unconditional love which has comforted our hearts and lifted our spirits. We extend our profound appreciation for each card, telephone call, handshake, pat on the back and all acts of kindness that have been shared with us.
