A. Duke
A. Laura Duke, age 87, departed this life to her eternal reward with her Lord and Savior on January 6, 2018. She was born on June 22, 1930 to Ethel Waltman Wickett and Murl Henry Wickett.
Laura was a loving mother, grandmother, and sister. She was an active member of Victory Baptist Church in Cabot.
Laura is survived by her children, Eddy (Myrna) Duke of Beebe, Larry Duke and Luanne Duke, both of Austin; grandson, Bryan Duke (Amy) of Beebe; three great grandchildren, Tyler, Madilyn, and Tanner Duke; sister, Melba Kerr (Bobby) of Sherwood.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Duke; brothers, Hershel Wickett and Buddy Wickett and her parents.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Women's Ministry at Victory Baptist Church, P.O. Box 1245, Cabot, Arkansas 72023.
Graveside Service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at Oak Grove Cemetery in Austin with burial to follow.
