Alice Vorsas
Alice Marie Helton Vorsas, of North Little Rock, born January 29th, 1942, passed away Saturday, April 16th, 2011. She loved her Savior, family, church, and traveling.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, George Vorsas; two daughters, Alicia Emmerling (Sam), Kristina Ryan (Kevin); six grandchildren, Thomas, Evan, Chloe, Samantha, Hannah and Kristian; mother, Pauline Helton; and brother, Terry Helton. She was preceded in death by her father, Sam Helton.
Alice's family wishes to thank the excellent caregivers at the Baptist Health System and St. Vincent North Rehabilitation Hospital. Alice especially appreciated the visits and prayers of her extensive church family and special friends who enjoyed getting together monthly for games and fellowship.
A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at First Assembly of God in North Little Rock. The family will receive relatives and friends at a reception at the church immediately following her memorial service. Memorials may be made to the St. Vincent's Hospital NICU.
