Aline Spradling Perkins

Aline Spradling Perkins, our beloved mother, passed away Saturday, May 14, 2011, at Community Home Health and Hospice in Longview, Washington. She was born on July 15, 1928, in Mauldin, Arkansas, to James "Doc" and Muriel Spradling. On October 30, 1948, she was married to Raymond E. Perkins who preceded her in death in 2003 after 54 years of marriage. She is survived by her children, James R. Perkins of Longview, Washington, Sandra K. Rolling of Riverdale, Georgia, Susan D. Crawford of Rainier, Oregon, Robert E. Perkins of Longview, Washington and Penny S. Lord of Kerrville, Texas; twelve grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, May 23, 2011, in the Gaston Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Glenwood.
