Allan Coley

Allan Coley, age 66, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 8, 2018.
Born October 14, 1951 in Dermott, Arkansas, Allan was the son of Margie (Ruiz) Coley and the late Laudis Coley. Following graduation from McRae High School, Allan began his adult life by attending Harding University for two years. Although his job history included both factory and construction work, Allan's lifelong career was farming. He enjoyed farming and often bragged on himself for planting straight rows!
Allan loved "all things outdoors", especially working toward making the family property look beautiful. His love of nature led him to enjoy many outdoor hobbies including gun & bow hunting, motorcycle riding, scuba diving, as well as travel. His love of family led him to many amusement parks, zoo trips as well as simple family gatherings. His love of God led him to Christian baptism and becoming a member of Foster's Chapel Church in Searcy, Arkansas.
Allan is preceded in death by his father, Laudis Coley; paternal grandparents, Orville and Ola "Mudis" Coley; and maternal grandparents, Ramon and Antonia Ruiz.
He is survived by his mother, Margie; wife, Teresa; five children, Rickey Lee, Chelsea, Donavan, Morgan, Camran; two stepsons, Josh, Garrett; five step grandchildren, Trent, Katie, Joshua, Kiera, Jaxon; one step great-granddaughter, Kimbry; sister, Angella and husband Jerry; uncle, Lindsey and wife Lois Jean; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral will be 4:00 p.m. Wednesday February 14, 2018, at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe.
