Amanda Wren Crosby, born on July 7, 1954, in Dermott, Arkansas, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, on July 1, 2026. Her life was a remarkable testament to love, kindness, and unwavering devotion to her family and friends.

Amanda is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Scott Crosby; children, John Crosby (Jen) and Sydney Crosby (Danny Smith); grandchildren, Evalyn and Mason Crosby; siblings, Allison Wren (Craig Shimizu), Leslie Ward (David), and Susan Kitterman, as well as her brothers, Vincent Wren (Cheryl), Dan Wren (Suzanne), and Keith Wren (Amy) and sister-in-law, Christina Wren. She grew up in Arkansas City, Arkansas, where her early years were marked by the warmth of a loving family and the deep bonds she formed with her siblings. Amanda's childhood, shaped by her close-knit family and the values instilled by her parents, would become the foundation for the integrity, warmth, and compassion that she shared so generously throughout her life.

She was a Certified Public Accountant, retiring after 44 years from Blue Cross Blue Shield as Director of Provider Audit and Reimbursement.

She was a dedicated parishioner of St. Edward Catholic Church where she was a member of the St. Edward Christian Mothers Sodality and the Restoration of St. Edward Committee. She was also a member of the Catholic Business Women’s Club of Greater Little Rock.

Amanda was a loving wife, dedicated mother, doting grandmother and beloved sister, friend, and colleague. She loved shopping and was always looking for a bargain. Amanda was an avid reader and crossword puzzle enthusiast. She rarely missed Mass on Sunday and made sure to attend every family event. She was never one to turn down hosting a formal event.
