Arbra M. Scruggs, 83, of Little Rock, passed away July 17, 2013. She was born at Birdtown, near Morrilton, and was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by her husband, Eric P. Scruggs, Jr., her parents, Thomas Bowden and Lavada Mayall Morrow, brothers, Ira, Floyd, Jim and John Dale Morrow, and sister, Glenna Mae Nelon, she is survived by her son, Eric P. Scruggs III and wife, Cindy of Alexander; daughter, Sarah Scruggs Marshall and husband, Ronnie of DeRidder, Louisiana; granddaughter, Shea Scruggs Lee (Patrick) of Maumelle; grandsons, Eric P. Scruggs IV (Krista) of Maumelle, Scott Aaron Marshall (Ashley) of Houston, Texas and Reiter Ford Marshall (Amy) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; four great-grandsons and three great-granddaughters; and sisters, Cumi Reiter of Little Rock, Ruby Nute of Bauxite and Ila Faye Willets of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 20 from 2-4 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), followed by the graveside service at 5:00 p.m. at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander. Memorials may be made to the Little Rock Compassion Center, P.O. Box 4249, Little Rock, AR 72214.
