Arlis Carolyn Graham, 89 of Sherwood passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2009 at Veteran's Healthcare Center in Little Rock. She was born on August 31, 1919 in Center Ridge, Arkansas; she was the daughter of Oscar Stevens and Agnes Greer Stevens.
Arlis was a retired beautician and a United States Army Veteran of World War II, having fought in the Battle of Bulge; she was a Bronze Combat Star recipient.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Orville Graham, her parents, her brothers Verlin and Greer, and a sister Lee.
Survivors include three sons Waldon Graham of Sherwood, James Graham of Jacksonville, and Stephen Graham of Cabot; and a brother Donald Stevens of Hot Springs.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery in North Little Rock.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at Huson Funeral Home in Sherwood.
