Audrey Shaffer

Audrey A. Shaffer, 102, of Lonoke passed away Thursday, April 5, 2007. She was the daughter of the late William Walker and Mary Jane Burns Tedford. She was the last of 15 children. She retired from Dillard?s Department Stores and was a member of North Little Rock United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her sons, Paul D. Shaffer and wife, Carolyn of Pinehurst, North Carolina and Jim Schiermeyer, of Lubbock, Texas; daughter, Jan Wiedemann and husband, Harold, of College Station, Texas; grandchildren, Lynne Simmons, of Kiowa, Colorado, Carole Reed, of Strasburg, Pennsylvania, Shelly Lockhart, of Melburne, Florida, Christy Lineback, of Pinehurst, North Carolina, Troy Schiermeyer, of Pasadena, California and Corry Schiermeyer, of Washington, D.C; 16 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carroll C. Shaffer, son, William Fred Schiermeyer and her brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M., Saturday at Boyd Funeral Home Chapel in Lonoke. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery. Family visitation will be 9:00 A.M., Saturday until service time.
