Barbara Harris Been Holiman, born July 14, 1931 in Durham, Arkansas to John and Mildred Harris, passed away September 13, 2017. She had been a member of Immanuel Baptist Church since 1949.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Dale Harris, sister-in-law, Anna Lou Harris, and husbands, Richard Thomas Been and Ross Holiman.
She is survived by her son, John Gordon Holiman of Weatherford, Texas; granddaughter, Casie Holiman; grandson, Bradley Holiman; sister, Bonnie Harris; nephew, Tracy Harris; and many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be this evening, Friday, September 22 from 5-7 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home. Services will be Saturday, September 23 at 9:00 a.m. at Immanuel Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Rick Jaggars. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Immanuel Baptist Church Building Fund, 501 N. Shackelford, Little Rock, AR 72211 or to The Gideons International, P.O. Box 140800, Nashville, TN 37214.
