Barbara Frances (Shooke) Nowell, 67, of Cabot, Arkansas, died November 4, 2009. She worked at UAMS for 18 years and her passion in life was doing needlework.
Barbara is survived by her son, Kenneth Allan Britt of Malvern; mother, Frances Hammond of McRae; sister, Patti Harris of McRae; two brothers, Charles and wife Glenda Shooke of Arizona, and Jerry Hammond of Hardy; niece, Amanda Harris; nephew, Kevin Harris. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Shooke, and her brother, Harry Shooke.
Cremation arrangements made by Westbrook Funeral Home in Beebe, Arkansas.
