Barry Doyle Davidson

Barry Doyle Davidson, 74, of Hot Springs Village Arkansas passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on August 29, 2026, in Little Rock, Arkansas. Barry was born on March 14, 1952, in North Little Rock, Arkansas to Doyle and Patsy Davidson where he lived until graduating from North Little Rock High School. He then attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville where he obtained his undergraduate degree followed by a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Completing his education, he lived in St. Louis and Philadelphia before moving to Dallas where he lived for the next 35 years. 

There he married the love of his life, Lou Ann Davidson, in August 1987, and they raised their family. Barry opened his own CRE brokerage firm and had a triumphant career in commercial real estate before working in financial investment. He and Lou moved back to his home state of Arkansas in 2013, where he began laying the groundwork for Caddo Mountain Spring Water, a venture he was deeply passionate about from its earliest stages, even finding the source water himself. 

Though he was successful in business, the things that truly drove him and gave him purpose were the love for his family, his love for God and trying to live accordingly. He was a passionate and empathetic person who thrived on challenges and being a difference maker. He loved the outdoors, fishing, his dogs, and the Arkansas Razorbacks. Barry is survived by his wife Lou Ann Davidson and four children, Brittany Morgan and her husband Jennings Morgan, Brenner Davidson, Kristen Walters and her husband Chris Walters, Justin Duffy, and eight grandchildren.

A celebration of life service will be held at St. James United Methodist Church, 321 Pleasant Valley Drive, Little Rock, AR 72212 on Tuesday, September 8, at 11:00AM.
