Beatrice D. "Miss Bea" Georges, 87, of Little Rock, passed away December 3, 2012. Born in Palmyra, Arkansas to William A. and Velma Bearden Hamilton, she was a member of Woodlawn Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by her parents and husband, Nick Thomas Georges, she is survived by her son, Thomas Nick Georges of Little Rock and brother, Arthur Hamilton of Ft. Worth, Texas.
Visitation will be Thursday, December 6 from 6-8 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Services will be Friday at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by interment at Palmyra Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Woodlawn Baptist Church, 5520 Woodlawn Dr., Little Rock, AR 72205.
