Bella Rae Patterson Welch, daughter of Krystal Patterson and Thomas Welch, II, sister of Coby, Elizabeth and Shawn Welch, passed away January 19, 2018.
The graveside service will be Tuesday, January 23 at 2:00 p.m. at Rowell Cemetery in Cleveland County, Arkansas.
