Benjamin Vise

Benjamin Vise, a beloved organist and devoted family member, passed away on October 26, 2025, in his hometown of Little Rock, Arkansas, where he was born on August 8, 1948. His life was marked by a profound love for music and a commitment to sharing that passion with his community.

Benjamin graduated from Hall High School in Little Rock, Arkansas, before pursuing higher education where he obtained a Master’s Degree. His academic achievements paved the way for a fulfilling career as an organist, during which he had the honor of playing in many churches, enriching countless lives with his talent and devotion to classical music.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Benjamin was an avid traveler who cherished exploring new places, always seeking inspiration in the world around him. His love for music was matched only by his love for family. He is survived by his spouse, Rick Landers, and brothers Jim and David Vise, along with sister-in-law Ilga Vise.

Benjamin now joins his dearly departed parents, Frances and Thomas Vise, and his brother, Sidney Vise, whose memories will forever be cherished in the hearts of those who loved him. His legacy of musical excellence and devotion to family will continue to resonate through the lives he touched both personally and through his artistry. He will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.
