Bernard Eads, 81, of Rison died Thursday at Rison. He served this country in the Navy. He was a member of Emanuel Baptist Church in Pine Bluff.
He is survived by his children, Helen Eads, Martin Eads, Tammie Marshall and Sarah Saucier; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Burl and Sarah Stephens Eads.
Visitation will be Monday 4-6 p.m. at Huson Funeral Home of Little Rock.
Funeral services will be Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. in the chapel of Huson Funeral Home of Little Rock. There will be a private interment at the Arkansas State Veteran's Cemetery.
Those wishing to leave lasting memorials are asked to consider the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.
