Bertha Onita (Hutchins) Allen, 96, of Clackamas, Oregon was born in Bee Branch, Arkansas on February 22, 1921 and passed away March 16, 2017. Bertha was a member of Sylvan Hills First Baptist Church in Sherwood, Arkansas for over 50 years.
Bertha is survived by her two children, Sharon Kingsella and husband, Dave, of Clackamas, Oregon; son, Robert Allen and wife, Sueko, of La Luz, New Mexico; six grandsons, David Kingsella, Jr., Michael Kingsella, Blake Allen, Robert Allen, Joel Allen, and Bobby Allen; six great-grandsons, Ryan Kingsella, Ronan Kingsella, Kristian Kingsella, Chris Allen, Julian Allen, and Tyler Allen: four great-granddaughters, Kaitlyn Kingsella, Andrea Allen, Amanda Allen, and Kayla Allen; and many nieces, nephews, and loving friends. Bertha was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Manuel Evans Allen; her parents, John William and Lydia Loyd Hutchins; her sisters, Lela, Mary, Evie, Clara, Cordia, Alta, Naomi, and Lois; her brothers, Mitchell, Luther, and Hulen.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, March 28th at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00PM Monday evening at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main 758-1170. Online Obituary and guest register at www.smithfamilycares.com
