Betty Ruth Morton

Betty Ruth Morton, 84, of Scott, Arkansas passed away January 27, 2025. Born on March 13, 1940 in Moro, Arkansas, she was the daughter of the late L.C. and Nettie Nelson. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Morton who also died on January 27, 2002; her older brother, Kenneth Nelson and his wife, Pat; and sister-in-law Bonita Nelson.

She is survived by her brothers: Phillip Nelson of Scott, Norris (Brenda) of Scott, Ron (Mary) of North Little Rock, Dan (Stevi) of North Little Rock; and many family members and friends.

Interment will be later at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
