Betty Wilhite

Betty Wilhite, age 70, of Hot Springs Village, died June 12, 2024. She was born in Lake Jackson, TX.

She is predeceased by her parents and survived by her husband, Steve Wilhite, son Trent Wilhite (Keri) of Sierra Vista, AZ, Daughter Corby Hoyle (Erick) of Phenix, AZ and 6 grandchildren. 

Betty graduated from Baylor University and was a teacher, homemaker, and realtor. She was an avid and competitive pickleball player. She also enjoyed golf, biking, and boating. She was a bright ray of sunshine for her family and many friends, always positive and encouraging. She was an active member of Village Bible church. She fought a courageous 2-year battle with brain cancer and died peacefully on her deck overlooking Lake Cortez. 

Memorial service will be Wednesday June 19th at 2:00pm located at Village Bible Church, 100 Ponderosa Way, Hot Springs Village with Jim Neal officiating.
