Bill W. Bowers, 68, of Sherwood passed away Monday, December 4, 2006. He was a retired Lt. Colonel from the Army National Guard, and a retired State employee, Camp Robinson, North Little Rock.
He is survived by his wife, Priscilla White-Bowers, of Sherwood; mother, Vida Bowers, of Mt. Home; three sisters, Carolyn Camp and husband, Wayne of Mt. Home, Berniece Rogers, of Van Buren, and Betty Smith and husband, Claude, of Jonesboro; three step children, Beth White-Serbousek, of North Little Rock, Greg White and wife Renee, of Bella Vista, and Michael White and wife, Vanessa, of Fayetteville; and four step grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Walter W. Bowers.
Memorials may be made to Arkansas National Kidney Foundation, 1818 North Taylor St., Ste. 186, Little Rock, Arkansas 72207.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 P.M., Friday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery. Arrangements by North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.northlittlerockfuneralhome.com.
