Billie Ballard
Billie Ballard, 73, of Searcy, Arkansas, was born January 3, 1948 in Beebe, Arkansas to Bill and Artie Mae (Taylor) Kyzer. She passed away Monday, September 27, 2021. Billie was a member of Floyd Assembly of God.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Gerald Ballard.
Billie is survived by her daughter, Janice Hackler; son Johnny Ballard and Fonda Pankey; grandson Christian Wayne Hackler, all of Floyd; and sister Geanie Sarringar of Beebe.
Visitation begins at 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 1, 2021, followed by funeral service at 11:00 a.m. at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Burial will be in Sylvania Cemetery. Please visit www.smithfamilycares.com/westbrook for guest register.
