Billie Jean Howard, 76, of North Little Rock passed away Friday, November 30, 2007. She was retired from Safeway Grocery Stores, Inc. and a member of Somers Avenue Church of Christ.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Rusty and Brandy Howard, of Vilonia; two stepsons and their wives, Jim and Lynna Howard, of Carslbad, California and Jerry and Shirley Howard, of Downey, California; and four granddaughters, Amy, Molly, Jennifer and Lisa. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Howard; two sisters, Marie Livingston and Barbara Pickering and parents, W.A. and Helen Williams.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M., Wednesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Cabot. Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Tuesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
