Billie Hill Kays, 65, of Little Rock, passed away Saturday, March 15, 2008. She was born September 28, 1942 in Alexandria, Louisiana. Billie is an alumnus of Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia and Little Rock University (UALR) where she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. She is survived by a loving mother, aunt, daughter, son and six grandchildren who loved her dearly. A memorial service will be held Thursday, March 20 at 11:00 A.M. at Christ Episcopal Church, 509 Scott Street, in downtown Little Rock. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the endowment fund at Christ Episcopal Church, or to Arkansas Children?s Hospital or the Pulaski County Humane Society. John 13:34.
