Billy Gault

Billy F. Gault, COL, Retired USA, 79, of Jacksonville, Arkansas died June 4, 2017. He was born in St. Louis, Missouri to the late J.C. Gault and Ruby (Comer) Gault. He is survived by his wife, Norma (Bridges) Gault; four children, Mark Gault (Rebecca); Theresa "Tracy" Baker (Chris); Paula Cardillo (Mark); and Patricia "Tricia" Ambeau (Chad); two stepchildren, Shelley McMichael and John Haman; fourteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; a sister, Carolyn McMaster and a nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents and his granddaughter, Mary Katherine Haman.
Colonel Gault retired as the Director of Plans and Training for the Arkansas Army National Guard after serving more than 39 years. He attended Jacksonville High School and graduated from North Little Rock High School.

Funeral service will be held at 9:00 a.m., Friday, June 16, 2017 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street. Interment with military honors will follow at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
