Billy Glen Jones age 70 of Bismarck, AR died Wednesday, December 4, 2013. He was born October 4, 1943 the son of William Edward and Ruthie Chancellor Jones. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran, a retired mechanic for Morris Automotive, and a Baptist. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Dayton Jones and a sister, Christine Mackey.
Survivors include one step-son, Randy Bailey of Hot Springs, one step-daughter, Tracy Noles of Hot Springs Village, three daughters, Kimberly Jordon of Hot Springs, Karen Long of Mt. Pine and Sherry Buford of Ola, five brothers, Donnie (Linda) Jones, Dean Jones and Willis (Ollie) Jones all of Bismarck, Owen Jones of Malvern, and Doyce (Carol) Jones of Glenrose, one sister Wilma Stolz of Hot Springs and several grand and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2 PM Tuesday in the Oak Bower Church of Christ with Rev. Shorty Hammonds and Rev. Neil Matlock officiating. Burial will be in the Oak Bower Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Monday at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia.
