Conway, AR age 85 died on June 4, 2020. He is survived by his wife Sarah; daughter Martha Campbell; 3 grandchildren, Randall Portoni, Phillip Portoni and Krystal Campbell. Billy enjoyed woodworking, writing and spending time with his family. He was a proud member of the Central Baptist Church of Conway.
A visitation for family and friends will be held Wednesday June 10, 2020 from 10 to 11 AM at the Griffin Leggett Conway Funeral Home, where funeral services will follow at 11 AM. Burial will be at 1:30 PM in Pinecrest Memorial Park, 7401 N. Highway 5, Alexander, AR. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in his memory to the Alzheimerâs Association or to the Central Baptist Church of Conway, 3333 Dave Ward Drive, Conway, AR 72034.
