Blake Bourgeois

Blake Russell Bourgeois born April 9, 1998 was a young man wise beyond his 19 years. He was loving, soulful, and passionate. He was adventurous, brave, courageous and a true outdoorsman. He graduated Cabot High School class of 2017 and was pursuing a degree in biblical studies at Crowley's Ridge College. Blake was anyone's and everyone's friend at heart. He was always ready to share his incredible faith to make even the greatest doubter a believer. A true optimist and people person, his smile and jokes were always ready to brighten your day. He loved music, camping, and casseroles, especially with rice or noodles. A great day for him was taking it easy, hanging with friends and family. He left us all too soon on October 25, 2017.
Blake was survived by his parents Gary & Melissa Bourgeois of El Paso, AR, sister Lauren Bourgeois of Atlanta, GA, grandparents Jerry & Shelly Russell of Ward, AR, and Gene & Carlie Bourgeois of Atlanta, Uncles Steven Russell (Gonzalo) of Miami, FL and Alan Russell (Janna) of Dallas, TX, Aunt Debbie Behr of Atlanta, GA, Cousins Micayla Moore (Sean) of Austin, TX, Monica Behr of Brighton, CO, Miles Russell of Dallas, TX, Great Grandmother Geraldine Russell of Ward, AR, Great Great Aunt Opal Beall of Ward, AR and Great Great Uncle Rev. Roger Bourgeois of Cleveland, OH and a host of extended family and friends.
