Bob Zeagler

James "Bob" Robert Zeagler age 71, of Arkadelphia entered into eternal rest & healing on Monday January 22, 2018. He was born on March 20, 1946, the son of Isaac Ross and Marion Dickson Zeagler, in Stamps, AR. He and his wife are the founders of Zeagler Manufacturing & Supply Inc. of Arkadelphia.

Bob is preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Jean Cagle; a brother, Lee Zeagler; and a sister-in-law, Barbara Gaddis. Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Wanda Nation Zeagler, son, Richard Zeagler (Jackie), and daughter, Tonyia Zeagler McLaughlin (Keith), all of Arkadelphia. He is also survived by one brother, William Earl Zeagler (Mary Beth) of Arkadelphia; one sister, Joan Hollingshead of Adrian, Missouri; four granddaughters, K'lee Zeagler, Savana Zeagler, Adriana Zeagler, and Payton Zeagler all of Arkadelphia, and many nieces and nephews.

Bob was always a kind, loving & gentle man. He showed his mechanical & business genius by being a brilliant sprocket entrepreneur creating his own successful company from scratch. He showed his love of flying by being a private pilot with several certications and building his own airplane. He loved flying. He showed his love by being such a proud husband,father and papaw. He & Wanda nutured a beautiful family.

Most importantly he showed his love for God by accepting Jesus Christ as his savior.

The family would like to thank Dr. Robert Dorman and Dr. Robert Muldoon. They would also like to thank the staff of Twin Rivers Health and Rehab. Honorary pallbearers will be the employees of Zeagler Manufacturing & Supply, Inc. and the Elders of New Life Church of Arkadelphia.

The Visitation will be Thursday evening from 6-8 pm at the Ruggles Wilcox Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Friday, January 26, 2018 at the Funeral Home, with Martin Jones officiating, and burial at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens in Arkadelphia.
