Bobbie Smalling
Bobbie Jean Smalling entered Heaven's gates on May 18, 2013 at the age of 63. Bobbie was a lifelong resident of North Little Rock, graduated from Oak Grove High School in 1967, and retired from the Department of Human Services in 2012. She was welcomed home by her beloved grandson Cody Smalling, her father Bobby Vinson, her special grandparents, Verlin and Daisy Vinson and Millard and Thelma Hart.
Cherishing her memory are her son, Todd and his wife Tracy; her mother, Juanita Vinson; two grandchildren, Maegan Hester (Mike) and Clayton Smalling; three great-grandchildren, Peyton, Makenzie, and Landon; brother, John Vinson; sister, Susan Matthews; two nephews, Mickey and Robby; many special friends, supportive neighbors, and co-workers and friends at Human Services.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Wednesday at Graves Memorial Baptist Church. Burial will be in Palestine Cemetery. The family will receive from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, a Smith Family Funeral Home. Online obituary at www.SmithFamilyCares.com .
