Bobby E. Sims, 76, of Sherwood, Arkansas passed away November 13, 2018. He was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on January 4, 1942 to the late Austin and Exa Pipes Sims.
Bobby was a graduate of Texas Art & Industries and was the CFO of a'TEST Consultants, Inc. He was a member of Park Hill Baptist Church and Jim Dockins Sunday School Class. Bobby spent several hours in Rotary and traveled to many clubs as a partner to his wife Judy, the District Governor. He loved music, especially the Gaithers' and enjoyed attending concerts. He loved gardening and his favorite mimosa tree. Bobby loved his family and enjoyed his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was loved by many and will be missed by them all.
He is survived by his wife, Judy Jones Sims; sons, Tracy Sims (Betty) and Jeffrey Sims; daughter, Erin Hoffman (Kyle); grandchildren, Clay Sims (Alison), Alex and Trevor Sims, Mark Warnasch (Emily) and Matthew Warnasch (Kacie); step-grandchildren, Amanda Mosby (Tim) and Dustin Tindell (Stephanie); great-grandchildren, Lily Sims, Kaden and Wyatt Warnasch, and Reese, Everly, and Blair Warnasch; and step-great-grandchildren, T.J., Mason and Carter Mosby.
A special thank you to those who loved and cared for Bobby during his extended illnesses.
A memorial service will be held at 2 PM, Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Park Hill Baptist Church, 201 E. C Ave., North Little Rock. Memorials may be made to UAMS College of Health Profession, CARTI, or Rotary International Foundation.
