Bonnie Bartleson

Bonnie Kay Bartleson, age 81, of Little Rock, passed away on May 30, 2024. She was born in Little Rock to Warren K. and Margaret C. Bartleson on March 9, 1943. 

Bonnie graduated from Hall High School and later attended Arkansas College in Batesville. She retired from the Arkansas Division of Legislative Audit after 30 years of service. 

Bonnie was a talented artist demonstrated by her many beautiful paintings. She also enjoyed reading, fishing, playing cards, Bunco and working crossword puzzles. 

Bonnie preceded in death by her parents. 

Left to cherish her memory include cousins, Charlotte Chapman, Judy Bennett, and Blair LittleJohn and many life-long friends. These relationships were held dear to Bonnie and she will remain in the hearts of those who loved her. 

Bonnie had a passion for Westie dogs. She fostered, adopted, and provided a loving and caring home for several of them throughout her life. A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 22, 2024, beginning at 10:00 AM at Smith Little Rock Funeral Home with visitation to follow. An inurnment will take place immediately following at Rest Hills Memorial Park in North Little Rock.
