Bonnie J. Nichols age 92 of Bismarck, AR went to be with the Lord February 8, 2013 at her home. She was born October 12, 1920 to Gus and Ada Sanders Counts. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Hershel W. Nichols, two sisters, Opal Ledbetter and Ruby Montgomery, four brothers, Johnny, Clinton, Eugene and Louie Counts, and one nephew, Leon Montgomery.
Survivors include one sister Jo Ann (Paul) Shuffield of Bismarck, two sisters-in-law Betty Counts of Bismarck and Mary Lou Counts of Hot Springs, and many nieces and nephews to whom she was like a mother.
Funeral services will be 10 AM Tuesday, February 12, at the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Chapel in Arkadelphia with Rev. Gerald Ward and Rev. Harold Rowton officiating. Burial will be in the Old Bismarck Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Monday evening at the funeral home
Memorials may be made to the Old Bismarck Cemetery Fund.
