Brenda S. Peeler, 65, of North Little Rock passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2008. She retired from Immanuel Baptist Church where she was a records clerk for many years.
She is survived by her husband, Jim Peeler; daughter and son-in-law, Staci and Eric Guthrie; grandson, Grant Guthrie, all of North Little Rock; mother, Cora Lee Shaffer, of Ft. Smith; two brothers, Jim Shaffer, of Van Buren, and Jerry Shaffer, of Bloomer, Arkansas; and a sister, Nancy Bonewell, of Cedarville. She was preceded in death by her father, Dorsey Shaffer.
Memorials may be made to Every Nation Ministries General Fund, P.O. Box 94564, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72190.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 A.M., Friday at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Thursday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
