Brenda Kay Spicer Cox, 68, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, March 2, 2023. She was born on October 6, 1954 in Indiana. She is survived by her daughters, Serina Ball (Billy) of North Little Rock and Tami Bennett (Kevin) of St. Augustine, Florida; 3 grandsons, 1 great-grandson, and 1 great-grandson on the way.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Helen Spicer; 2 brothers Donnie Spicer and Billy Spicer, and 1 sister Linda Gwin.
Visitation is scheduled for Friday, March 10, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home with a graveside service to follow at 3:00 PM at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
