Brett Hamilton Pennington, 43, of Little Rock, passed away December 14, 2013. He was born in Little Rock to Joseph Pennington and Johnnie M. Mulligan, both of whom survive him.
In addition to his parents, he is also survived by his stepfather, Jay Mulligan; half-sister, Tracy Smith (Steve Pope); grandparents, John and Ida Paladino; aunt, Shelley Dent; uncle, Scott Dent; cousins, Ashley Dent, Carmen Dent, Brandon Dent, Jimmy Sluder, Barbara Chambers, Orville Chambers, Jr. and Kyle Mulligan; niece, Amber Smith; and special friends, Marguerite Swaffar, Kim Cronin, Beth Warren, Colin and all his friends from West Plains, Missouri.
Brett was preceded in death by his grandparents, Helen Pennington and Juanita and Orville Chambers; aunt, Joyce Sluder; and brother-in-law, Ed Smith.
