Brian Kirby was born on August 3, 1979, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to Howard and Cindy Kirby, and grew up in North Little Rock.
A talented athlete, Brian excelled in baseball from a young age, playing through North Little Rock High School and the University of Arkansas, where he earned Freshman All-American honors. He was drafted twice and went on to play professional baseball, reaching AA ball.
Above all, Brian was a devoted husband and father. He married Jennifer on Valentine’s Day in 2008, and together they built a life rooted in love, faith, and family. He was a proud father to Jordan and Brantley, who were the center of his world.
Brian worked alongside his family at Kirby’s Heating & Air and was known for his strong work ethic, kindness, and generosity. He also had a love for cars and could often be found working on them or anything with an engine.
Brian was a man of deep faith, who faithfully lived out his convictions with grace and dignity. He looked forward to the soon return of Jesus Christ “when this mortal shall put on immortality…” and we would all be reunited with our Savior (1 Cor. 15:54).
Brian will be forever loved and deeply missed.
