Buddy Ray Snow, born on July 5, 1956, in New Orleans, Louisiana, passed away on November 25, 2025, in Frenchtown, Michigan. He was a long-haul truck driver, known for his remarkable career as a truck driver for Schneider Trucking. During his time on the road, Buddy logged over one million miles as a long-haul trucker, earning respect for his dedication and skill behind the wheel.
Buddy was a family man at heart. He is survived by his beloved sister, Cathy Snow Tipton, who resides in Little Rock, Arkansas. He cherished his three children: Jason Snow, Derek Snow, and Jade Lindsay Féo Snow, who carry forward his legacy. Buddy was also a proud grandfather to four grandchildren: Kaleb Snow, Jackson Snow, Derek Andrew Snow, Chance Jalansop-Snow, and August Snow. Each of his grandchildren held a special place in his heart, and he took great joy in watching them grow.
While his parents, Dortha Snow and Willie Snow, as well as his brother Donald Snow, have all passed, Buddy’s spirit lives on through his surviving family. He will be remembered not just for his contributions to the trucking industry, but also for the love and devotion he showed to his family. His legacy will continue to resonate in the lives he touched and in the countless miles he traveled on the open road.
