C. R. Allgood Jr. age 75 of Delight died Friday, July 20, 2012 at his home. He was born October 7, 1936 in Delight the son of the late Clyde Raymond and Irene Lewallen Allgood Sr.. He was a Baptist, a retired insulator and farmer.
He was preceded in death by one son, Anthony Allgood and one sister, Shirley Edwards.
Survivors include two daughters, Florendia Joyce Allgood, Tylia Allgood Terrell, one son, Clyde Royree Allgood all of Delight; one brother, Terry Allgood of Delight; one sister, Wanda Calhoun of Kaufman, Texas; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 Am Monday, July 23rd at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel in Arkadelphia with Larry Miller officiating. Interment will be in Delight Cemetery. There will be no formal visitation.
