Calvin Gammel, 71, of North Little Rock passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2009. He was a member of the Shriner?s organization and a 32 degree Mason.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Gammel, of North Little Rock; two sons, James Gammel, of North Little Rock and Ricky Gammel and wife, Kathy of Ward; grandson, Bryan Freeman, of Cabot; brother, Garland Gammel, of Seaton, Arkansas; and two sisters, Martha Cole, of Furlow; and Dorothy Gammel, of Cabot. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Terri Freeman.
Graveside services will be held 10:00 A.M., Saturday at Mulberry Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Friday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
