Candy Ausley age 36 of Bismarck died Thursday, September 2, 2010 in Little Rock. She was born January 3, 1974 in Arkadelphia, AR. Candy was a homemaker, a loving wife and mom, enjoyed raising exotic animals and loved everything associated with Christmas. Her paternal grandparents, Dorothy and Oscar Hughes preceded her in death.
She is survived by her husband, Chad Ausley; sons, Blake and Josh Ausley; daughter, Beth Ausley all of the home; her parents, Harold and Linda Smith of Joan, AR; three brothers, Jason Smith and wife, Tressie of Alpine, AR; Thurman Smith and wife, Phyllis of Delaplane, Virginia; Donnie Whitworth and wife, Tammi of Hooks, Texas; two sisters, Sandra Etchieson of Texarkana; Melissa Smith and husband, Jimmy of Jones, Michigan; maternal grandparents, Ottis and Lynn Jester of Curtis, AR; paternal grandparents, Thurman and Norma Smith of Malakoff, Texas; mother and father-in-law, Gary and Donna Ausley of Bismarck, AR; several nieces and nephews including a special nephew, Zach Couch.
Memorial services will be at 2:00 PM Sunday, September 5th in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel in Arkadelphia. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Blake, Josh and Beth Ausley memorial fund c/o Southern Bancorp.
