Carl Edward Driggers

Carl Edwards Driggers, age 83, of Glenwood, passed away on Monday, June 24, 2024.

He was born on May 17, 1941, in Bonnerdale. He was the son of James Austin and Carrie Lafayette Johnson Driggers. He was preceded in death by his parents; his siblings, Ima Jean Rickner, A.J. Driggers, James Driggers, Gerald Driggers, and Billy Driggers; and his daughter, Darla Driggers.

Carl was a member at Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. He worked many years with cows and horses, everyone that knew Carl knew that it was his life. He was a true cowboy. Carl will be missed by all who knew and loved him. 

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Carla and Joseph Fahhoum of Cordova, Tennessee; his son and daughter-in-law, Shane and Monica Driggers of Hot Springs; his six grandchildren, Cory Porter, DuLeigh Driggers, Cheyenne Driggers, Josie Driggers, Rejina Fahhoum, and Josiah (Natalie) Fahhoum; his great-grandson, Lake; his sister, Sue Davis-Hale of Glenwood; along with many loving nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 28, 2024, from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Smith Family Funeral Home Chapel- Glenwood.

Graveside Services will be held on Saturday, June 29, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Mountain Home Cemetery with Bro. Keith Shewbart officiating.

 The family requests all to meet at the funeral home prior to services at 9:15 AM to ride in processional.
