Carlton Vancil

Carlton Edward Vancil, 47, of Little Rock, passed away November 7, 2020. He was a network administrator of the State of Arkansas and of the Taoist belief. Preceded in death by his mother, Eleanor Vancil, he is survived by his wife, Ann “Missy” Vancil; son, Gary Bailey (fiancée, Celeste Daniels) of Jacksonville; father, William Perry; grandchildren, Joshua Womble (Bailey), Austin Daniels (Stephanie) and Trinity Sapp; several great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wikipedia, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, or Arkansas Food Bank.
