Carmelina Inserra

Carmelina Linus Inserra, 69, of North Little Rock passed away Tuesday, November 19, 2019. She was born September 23, 1950 in Omaha, Nebraska to Carmelo and Josephine Breci.

She was a nurse at Baptist Memorial, St. Vincent Hospital and was a visiting home nurse. After retirement from nursing, she volunteered for Heaven’s Loft, Baptist Memorial and St. Vincent North.

Carmelina is survived by her husband of 50 years, Filadelfo Inserra; children, Lucy Inserra and Jodie Candler (Bradley); grandson, Nicolas Candler; and other extended family in Sicily, Italy.

A visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, November 22, 2019 at Smith – North Little Rock Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 23, 2019 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Rest Hills Memorial Park.
