Carolyn (Cotton) ?Granny? Capes, 67, of North Little Rock, passed away Thursday, July 10, 2008. She was a member of Cabot First Freedom Baptist Church and former member of First Freewill Baptist Church of North Little Rock.
She is survived by her son, David Capes (Shannon) of Beebe; daughter, Shannon (Craig) Furrow, of Sherwood; brother, Jackie Cotton, of Jacksonville; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Chester and Audrey Cotton and two sisters, Mary Ellen and Joyce.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 A.M., Monday at North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Edgewood Memorial Park. Family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M., Sunday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
