Carroll C. Smith, 80, of Little Rock, passed away April 8, 2012. He was born in England, Arkansas to Christopher C. and Prudence Stephens Smith and was a United States Air Force veteran. He was employed as an ironworker for over 20 years and was a member of Union Local 321.
Preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Melvis Smith and two sisters, Maurine Richards and Lollie D. Young, he is survived by his wife of 53 years, Thelma M. Smith; son, Stephen C. Smith; daughter, Laura Mills; and sister, Jerri Dugger.
Visitation will be Friday, April 13 from 6-8 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Services with Military Honors will be held on Saturday, April 14 at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
