Cassaundra Hemsher
Cassaundra Ann Hemsher, 35, of Lavaca, passed away August 1, 2020. She was born in Dalton, Georgia to Roger and Lisa Harms Capehart. She is survived by her parents, her children, Cody, Joseph and Jonathan Effinburger, and Lyndsey Ulmer; her brother, Thomas Capehart; sister, Michelle Willis; the woman she called Mom, Cindy Fry; boyfriend, Kenneth McClanahan; and a host of other family and friends.
