Catherine Jennings

Catherine Ashley Jennings passed away peacefully in her sleep, Sunday, August 6, 2017. She was 41 years old. She was a graduate of Sylvan Hills High School and went on to earn an Associate degree in Criminal Justice through Remington College. She had worked for Wilson and Associates, a law service firm in Little Rock, and it was a job she loved.
She loved to fish and was a regular participant in local car shows where her beautifully restored 1994 Chevrolet Impala SS won many awards. She was active in light mechanic work which she learned by helping her father restore vintage vehicles. She made many friends through her involvement with the car shows.
Ashley was preceded in death by her uncle, Jimmy Stapleton. She is survived by her parents, Bill and Linda Jennings; brothers, Alan and David Jennings; grandmother, Dee Luebke (Virgil); aunt, Judy Gingrich (Greg); great uncle, Lloyd Hutson; nephews, J.P. and Steven Jennings, and cousins, Brent Gingrich (Randi) and Jordon Stapleton (Kaylene).
A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Monday, August 14, 2017 at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street, North Little Rock. Funeral will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at Pinecrest Memorial Park, 7401 Highway 5 North, Alexander,
